Vendor Applications For The Lancaster Pride Festival 2025 Are Now Open!
The colors, the creativity, the uniqueness, the pride. The Pride Festival provides a chance for a growing community that is amplified by supporting one another in an abundance of ways. Vendors are one of the key aspects of this festival, often with dramatic or inspired displays presenting one-of-a-kind merchandise adding to the overall festival experience. These eager entrepreneurs and traders come from all walks of life to gather at the festival for a chance to promote their businesses.
Vendor applications are now open and available. Given the overwhelming interest in these limited vendor spaces, Lancaster Pride will determine eligibility based on how your organization serves the queer community. Priority will be given to:
1. Queer Businesses
2. Businesses that serve the queer community.
Decisions will be made within one week of your completed application being submitted. If approved, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your space will be forfeited. Once payment is received, you will be given the opportunity to choose your space either indoors or outdoors depending on the remaining openings.
