Lancaster Pride Festival Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the Lancaster Pride Festival 2025! We will be taking applications for spaces and determining eligibility based on how your organization serves the queer community. Priority will be given to 1) Queer Businesses 2) Businesses that serve the queer community. We will also be limiting the number of 'similar' organizations to avoid duplication and allow for as much diversity as possible. Decisions will be made within one week of your completed application being submitted. If approved, payment is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your space will be forfeited. Once payment is received, you will be given the opportunity to choose your space in either Freedom Hall (indoors) or Vine Street (outdoors). Below is a breakdown of costs and deadlines.
